How long does it take to get an answer?

Currently we are looking to hire new customer service reps as we
recently lost our operations manager / customer service manager.
With our new launch and several other very successful platforms
and up to hundreds of new members arriving daily we are
running up to 5 days to respond to tickets at the current time.
Please be patient while we work to rectify this situation.
